With 40 years of culinary expertise in the Philippines, Chef Robert Lilja has been a cornerstone in the world of gastronomy, working with world-class hotels, restaurants, and resorts.

Through his consultancy company, Chef’s Patrol, he has revitalized non-performing and start-up restaurants, crafting them into iconic dining destinations. Some of his notable creations include Tender Bob’s Steak House, The Gustavian Delicatessen, Brasserie Boheme, Savoy Bistro, Aquavit, Maria Luisa’s Garden Room, La Maison French Ribs, Baker Brothers Coffee Shop, Pardon My French, Butcher Brothers, and many more fantastic concept restaurants.

Chef Robert has managed large-scale food centers, serving up to 12,000 meals per day. His passion for culinary excellence takes him worldwide in search of the finest ingredients and to share his rich experiences with his beloved guests.
